*At KWEIBA MEDICAL®, your health and well-being are our top priorities. However, please note that we are NOT an emergency service or crisis center. No. When a pharmacy compounds GLP-1 medications (like Semaglutide or Tirzepatide) with added vitamins such as B12, B6, or B3, the GLP-1 dose itself is not diluted, the vitamin is simply added to the base solution.
These vitamins are often included to help reduce nausea or support energy and metabolism, but they do not change the concentration or potency of the GLP-1 ingredient when the compounding is done by a reputable pharmacy following FDA-registered standards.
That said, not all compounders are equal. Always confirm your medication comes from a pharmacy with third-party testing and potency verification to ensure your GLP-1 concentration is accurate and stable.
