Refund Policy

By purchasing products or services from KWEIBA MEDICAL P.C. and SPRINGFORTH MEDICAL P.C (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following refund terms and limitations.

Consultations

• All consultation fees are non-refundable once rendered.

• Refunds are available only if cancelled more than 24 hours prior to consultation.

• No refunds will be issued if:

• You are found ineligible for treatment; or

• Your insurance company denies prior authorization.

Prescription Medications

• All prescription medication sales are final.

• Due to FDA and pharmacy regulations, medications cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

• No exceptions will be granted once an order has been dispensed by the pharmacy.

Supplements & Wellness Products

• All supplement and wellness product sales are final.

• If KWEIBA MEDICAL P.C or its fulfillment partners ship the wrong product, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

• If a pharmacy requires a return in order to correct or reissue an order, KWEIBA MEDICAL P.C. will cover the return shipping cost.

General Limitations

• Refunds, when applicable, will be made to the original form of payment.

• Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your financial institution.

• KWEIBA MEDICAL P.C. and SPRINGFORTH MEDICAL P.C’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service in question.
