Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy governs the fulfillment and delivery of supplements, wellness products, and prescription medications offered by KWEIBA MEDICAL P.C  and SPRINGFORTH MEDICAL P.C ( “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order with KWEIBA MEDICAL P.C, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Prescription Medications

• All prescription medications are dispensed and shipped directly by our licensed pharmacy partners.

• Processing typically occurs within 24–72 hours of provider approval.

• Medications are shipped using overnight or next-day delivery where required to ensure compliance with cold-chain handling.

• Tracking details are provided upon shipment.

Supplements & Wellness Products

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped from our fulfillment center.

• Domestic shipments generally arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

• International shipping may be

• available for supplements and wellness products. Customs duties, import taxes, and delivery times vary by destination and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
  
  

Delivery Estimates & Limitations

• All shipping times are estimates only; KWEIBA MEDICAL P.C. makes no guarantee of delivery by a specific date.

• KWEIBA MEDICAL P.C. shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, force majeure events, or other factors beyond our control.
  
  

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

• Customers must promptly notify KWEIBA MEDICAL P.C of lost or damaged shipments. We will coordinate with the pharmacy or carrier to determine replacement eligibility.
  
  

• Each case will be reviewed individually.

• KWEIBA MEDICAL P.C  is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

Risk of Loss

• Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the order by the carrier.
